Your new role
This position is designed to assist in the advancement and execution of our client's portfolio of change. It focusses on instilling enduring behavioural shifts and enhancing the organisation’s proficiency in change management techniques. The role epasses spearheading transformative projects and aiding change efforts throughout a widely distributed workforce. The main duty entails devising and applying strategies and plans for change management that ensure widespread acceptance and support, prepare the business, engage employees, and reduce opposition to change.
1. Possessing a thorough grasp of change management theories and techniques, and crafting methods that simplifyplex changes, keeping all parties involved andmitted.
2. Aiding in the creation and execution of a change strategy and roadmap that tangibly enhances the organisation’s recognition and valuation of change.
3. Formulating change management strategies and plans that aid in the effective launch of major business projects, specifying and monitoring the anticipated advantages.
4. Contributing to the refinement and advancement of change management tools and education to uphold industry standards.
5. Facilitating the growth of a change resource network throughout the organisation's network, equipped to drive and establish new operational methods.
6. Serving as a reliable and authoritative ally to stakeholders, offering specialised advice, direction, training, and coaching to stakeholders at all levels on how to execute, oversee, and maintain effective change.
7. Offering managerial support and coaching to the change management team regarding change management processes and techniques.

12. Recognised for achieving positive results while fostering robust professional relationships.
13. Demonstrates a verifiable history of engaging effectively with stakeholders at every level within an organisation.
14. Possesses analytical acumen, adept at gathering, scrutinising, and conveying intricate data using various tools.
15. Proficient in planning, capable of creating timelines, predicting oues, monitoring assignments, and coordinating tasks.
