Base pay range
As Production Planner, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth planning and prioritisation of production operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will work closely across the business to ensure that production is planned to ensure on time delivery and cost efficiency.

As Production Planner, you will benefit from a healthcare package, 25 days plus BH (3 days off over Christmas), extra holiday incentives, plus an early finish on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage the production plan from the point of order through to delivery.
2. Determine the requirements of manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to maintain production demand.
3. Ensure efficiency and maximum performance to avoid delays.
4. Monitor the progress of production to ensure on-time delivery in line with budget and quality.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar production planning role.
2. Experience in using MRP systems.
3. Strong organisational, problem solving, and communication skills.
4. Confidence with maths and statistics.
