We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Support Officer to join our Outsourcing & QA team on a 12-month fixed term basis, based in our Nottingham office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to apply previous experience within a regulated or controls environment. The right candidate will have some experience within financial services or insurance, such as in claims, complaints, or within any control team. They should possess strong organisational skills, be an effective communicator, and consider themselves a people person.
Working closely with the Outsourcing and Quality Assurance Manager, this busy and central role within the business will be to support the quality and operational risk management team, helping to maintain and shape the best way of working for the entire business.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting and monitoring business functions on quality control, outsourcing controls, and regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborating with operational resilience, compliance, and risk to facilitate effective oversight.
3. Supporting improvements to processes and remediation of issues.
4. Engaging with stakeholders to drive continuous enhancements.
