As they transition to a SaaS model, they have made significant investments in advancing their systems, and now are looking for a key team member to help them and their clients achieve new levels of excellence. About the Role: As a Lean Practitioner & Software Implementation Specialist, you will become an expert in the company's manufacturing systems software applications. Your role will involve: Acting as a production/operations subject matter expert, applying software solutions across footwear and other industrial facilities worldwide. Leading the installation and onboarding of company systems both remotely and on-site, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum benefit for our customers. Providing ongoing technical support and training to customers, enabling them to harness the full potential of the company's applications. Analysing and implementing lean methodologies within company and customer processes to drive continuous improvement. Supporting sales and marketing teams through product demonstrations and helping potential clients understand the value of the company's systems. Gathering feedback from customers to continuously enhance the user experience and system performance. Contributing to the development and testing of product improvements. About You: We’re looking for a proactive self-starter with: A strong background in Lean Six Sigma, ideally with experience in digital technology adoption for data management and analysis. A Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher). A passion for customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships across different cultures. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to train and teach in technical environments. A talent for problem-solving and continuous improvement. IT savvy, with a deep interest in leveraging technology to enhance processes. Willingness to travel extensively overseas.
