Job Description
Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:
* Match and process high volumes of invoices and credit notes to purchase orders.
* Having a proactive approach to resolve supplier, invoicing, and PO queries.
* Performance of regular supplier statement reconciliations.
* Working with the Transactional Finance Manager to resolve more complex vendor account issues.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures to improve efficiency of the function and the department through the development of relationships with team members and other departments.
* Monitor own progress towards business and individual objectives.
* Assist the Transactional Finance Manager with any ad-hoc duties.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
* Have a proven track record in a similar role.
* Be studying AAT or qualified by experience.
* Be proficient in MS Office including MS Excel.
* Be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
* Be able to work to tight deadlines.
* Have a high level of attention to detail.
