This is an exciting role to work as part of the restaurant team at a prestigious venue in Kensington & Chelsea that brings Italian dining to West London.
With a high-profile chef designing the food concept, this will be awonderful opportunity to work in a grade 2 listed iconic building with an art gallery and theatre. As Senior Pastry Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on the day-to-day basis. It will be your main responsibility to assist in leading service and maintain the high culinary standards set by the Executive Chef Emanuele Pollini, maintain high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen and h elp to run the pass during service. You will be responsible for running the pastry section alongside your team.

The Senior Pastry Chef De Partie will:
Complete service to a high standard
Maintain high quality of food offering
Abide by all EHO requirements
Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations in the kitchen
Ensure hygiene and health and safety regulations are met or exceeded in your kitchen
Making orders of supplies and ingredients
Skills & Experience
At least 3 years experience working in high-end kitchens
Creativity, flair and passion for your craft with a great eye for detail
A desire to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
You will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills
You will possess a friendly demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
