KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations:
* Provide day-to-day HR operational support, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes in collaboration with the Global HR Shared Service Center.
* Manage HR mailboxes, address complex employee queries and support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with administrative tasks.
* Manage and maintain time attendance systems for EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with annual leave policies and sending reminders for timely leave clearance.
* Oversee time management (timesheet processes) to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, or hybrid working arrangements, including tracking employee attendance and generating reports.
* Handle visa and vendor management processes, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to policies and legal requirements.
* Support HR audits by preparing data, reports, and documentation required to meet compliance standards.
* Support HRBPs on the employee relocation process, including coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing relocation-related documentation.
HR Data Management:
* Oversee HR data integrity by collaborating with the Global Service Center, ensuring accurate forecasting, headcount tracking, and data maintenance.
* Conduct periodic data clean-ups and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Documentation and Knowledge Management:
* Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, HR letter templates, and related documentation.
* Ensure clear and consistent documentation of HR processes and procedures to support operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence:
* Lead and execute HR processes spanning the entire employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), including administration and oversight of HR policies and compliance with local labor laws.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR operations and processes.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Payroll, IT, Finance) to support HR programs and process improvement initiatives.
HR Analytics:
* Analyze HR metrics and trends using Excel, Power BI, and other HR tools to identify performance gaps, root causes, and actionable insights.
* Prepare executive reports and presentations to deliver key insights to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Skills:
* At least 2 years of experience in HR operations and analytics, preferably in a global organisation.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
* Familiarity with time attendance and time management systems and compliance tracking and monitoring.
* Experience in visa and vendor management processes.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexities and implement continuous improvement in HR processes.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships with cross functional teams.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a global, cross-cultural environment.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business, or Data Analytics.
