A part-time office-based Administrator role is available to join a small friendly team at their offices in Redditch. Working 15 hours per week, to be mutually agreed across 5 days per week. A temporary position covering maternity leave, this will be for a minimum of 6 months.
As the Administrator you will be -
* Processing and managing sales orders using Sage
* Query handling both calls and emails
* Filing orders, delivery notes and invoices
* Liasing with the factory on delivery dates
* Conducting stock takes
* Assisting with general administration within the team
* Updating spreadsheets and completing formulas
Ideally for this role you will have experience of -
* Processing sales orders in a manufacturing/engineering environment
* Raising purchase orders & sales invoices
* Using Sage and Microsoft packages
A temporary Administrator position for a minimum of 6 months offering -
* Pay rate of £11.50 - 13.00p/h dependent on experience
* Free parking on site and accessible by public transport
* 15 hours per week, 3 hours a day across Monday - Friday (hours flexible to suit)
