About the Role
1. Answer phone calls from operatives to purchase materials or hire equipment from suppliers.
2. Manage service now requests for non-urgent orders.
3. Raise purchase orders received via service now or on the telephone.
4. Manage overhead spend including PPE and Uniform, Office equipment, and stationary processes.
5. Subcontractor Database management and PQQ processing.
6. Van stock implementation, management, and reporting.
7. Set up and verify new suppliers and subcontractors.
8. Book company parcels to go out with couriers.
9. Ad hoc office duties.
Role Criteria:
1. We are keen to meet candidates who have worked in a similar role within Construction or Building trades.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Strong IT skills.
4. Call Handling experience.
5. Customer Service.
