This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast paced, inclusive and rewarding team, which is part of the larger back office operational department within Quilter.
We are looking for someone who is a subject matter expert in their existing team but also has good product knowledge and understanding of the wider Quilter business.
You will need to have good attention to detail and be keen to drive improvements.

As a Customer Operations Technician, your role with Quilter is to provide a high quality and efficient service, utilising industry, product, and process knowledge.
You will be working to a high degree of accuracy, meeting deadlines, and proactively supporting the team and the wider departments results.
You will ensure Control monitoring and daily tasks are completed within the correct timelines.
You will be working with various stakeholders from around the company to ensure processes adhere to guidelines and CASS rules. This could include working with Finance for reconciliation tasks and FNZ for exceptions.
Investigate and resolve errors and transactions, discrepancies, complaints, breaches, and queries.
To manage own time and prioritise workloads to ensure business objectives, customer needs and corporate priorities are met.
To make suggestions for improvements to business processes and services with a focus on driving out costs, adding value, and improving quality and customer service within own discipline.
To be responsible and accountable for own personal development, i.e. to prepare and actively operate personal training/development plans.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services administration and have solid financial awareness, experience dealing with external clients and an understanding of scheme regulations and industry legislation.
You will have a good understanding of the market and industry.
You’ll have a good understanding of all relevant regulatory bodies and associated principles and apply them to own area of specialism.
Have a good understanding of all products, services, and best practice within own area.
Have a good understanding of the latest trends and issues within own area.
You can use all programs in the Microsoft Office Suite.
You will have strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills normally associated with the level obtained by successfully completing a higher education qualification.
You will need to be CF1 and FA2 qualified and ideally have Lean 1B/c Accreditation (desirable).
