Ensure that all contractual terms are met in an efficient manner.
Work collaboratively with the construction team to optimise cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and manage project budgets.
Handle contract administration and sub-contract procurement.
Forecast project costings and manage payment applications.
Report financial progress and forecasts to stakeholders.

A successful Surveyor Quantity Surveyor should have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience in the property construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement strategies.
