We are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to work across all client business units, supporting the procurement of IT products and services, as well as managing and administering contracts. Reporting to the Group IT Procurement Manager, this role will support the management and administration of IT contracts in place with the client’s suppliers.

1. Contract Administration: Manage the upload of contract dates and key details onto the ServiceNow platform to support the procurement strategy and optimize its use.
2. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Assist in preparing and reviewing contract documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
3. Monitoring Contract Performance: Track contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
4. Maintaining Contract Records: Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and related documentation on the ServiceNow platform.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in supplier management and collaboration.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Preferred experience with ServiceNow and S4 Hana (SAP).
5. Strong attention to detail with an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
