Maintenance Administration Manager
Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:30 (Working 5 days out of 7 days per week - weekend work included)

£60,000 Per Annum (depending on experience) + amazing benefits!
Overview:
Maintenance Administration Manager required to collaborate with the Maintenance Manager in providing a best-in-class building and maintenance management service for this award-winning mixed-use property development in Wembley. You will be managing and co-ordinating the workload of the Maintenance department in delivering the highest quality of customer service whilst ensuring the landlord's assets are maintained in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the maintenance workforce in efficient ways of working in line with business priorities, customer demand, and compliance.
2. Manage changing priorities with internal customers such as leasing, marketing, and operations departments.
3. Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are consistently delivered to both internal and external customers.
4. Ensure that tech/software systems are fully utilized and ingrained within how the maintenance team carries out their activities.
5. Take regular stock-checks and manage maintenance works to ensure the entire building's maintenance needs are fulfilled.
Qualifications:
You should be IT literate, resilient, and able to work in a high-pressure environment. You must be highly strategic with a proven track record within the maintenance field and able to embrace and adapt to change as the business demands. A real team player who instills a culture of openness, high integrity, and teamwork within their team. You must have excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, excellent customer service capabilities, and a good knowledge and understanding of managing contractors and facilities/maintenance related management contracts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
