Key Responsibilities: Assist in the smooth daily operations of the nursery, including play activities, learning sessions, and meal routines. Help deliver and plan activities that support children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Ensure the safety and welfare of all children under your care. Build strong relationships with the children, fostering their independence and confidence. Collaborate with nursery staff to create a positive, inclusive environment. Assist in keeping the nursery clean and organised, contributing to a healthy and welcoming space. Track children's progress and share updates with parents and carers regarding their development. Requirements: Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years environment is highly preferred. A compassionate, patient, and supportive attitude toward children. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is a plus. Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3) are advantageous but not required. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's well-being.
