Salary: £32,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle

About the Role:
As a Field Service Coffee Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial coffee machines across the Central Belt of Scotland. You'll be the face of the company to our customers, providing expert service and ensuring that their equipment is working at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair a range of commercial coffee machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on coffee equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Manage your own schedule and maintain an organised approach to service calls.
Offer advice on machine maintenance and best practices to clients.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a technical field (e.g., engineering, electrical, mechanical).
Knowledge or experience with coffee machines (commercial or domestic) is preferred but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Based in or near the Central Belt of Scotland.
