Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated, team player to join our dedicated team looking after and supporting our patients with fragility fractures and low bone density .The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Bone densitometry service (DEXA), assisting in the smooth running of DEXA and FLS (Fracture Liaison Service) patients by performing specialised tasks. The post holder will also be expected to provide support to the multidisciplinary team across the wider clinical imaging service to deliver high standards of patient care whenever required. This post will require the candidate to work across multiple sites within Cornwall and must have independent means of travel. Main duties of the job A member of the DEXA team, helping to provide high standards of care. Comply with local and Trust procedures to ensure health and safety in the workplace. Undertake clinical duties to support pre, peri and post procedural care. Support the practitioners in managing clinical workflow through the service.
