Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Engineer to join our technical team at Senitor Associates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls and emails, following established processes and priorities, and adhering to agreed service levels.
* Maintain accurate records and logs of all issues and inquiries using our IT Service Management Software.
* Collaborate with the Operational Support team to support onsite systems and activities.
* Develop expertise as a subject matter expert in core business systems.
* Provide support for company desktop solutions, manage Active Directory, user maintenance processes, and Microsoft Office products.
