We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed individuals to provide care and support to children and young people aged between 5 and 17 years who are Deaf or hard of hearing and have complex needs. The role will be based at our Rolle House Children's Home which is in the seaside town of Exmouth. A British Sign Language qualification is not essential, and this role can fit around studies and another job. We’ll provide full training, including British Sign Language (BSL) training This is a great opportunity to be part of a flexible team, whilst promoting the social, emotional wellbeing, development and safeguarding the welfare of children and young adults. The role will involve working on a shift rota pattern including evenings, some weekend work – as and when required by the Academy.
