As part of our growth plan and our continued retention of key contracts with Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) we are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Resettlement Services across different locations. You will be responsible for service delivery excellence, managing a staff group across multiple sites, ensuring contract compliance to specific standards including the implementation of agreed quality assurance activities and leading on all aspects of performance reporting for your area. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adept at people management, be able to embrace change, lead the implementation of new practices/initiatives, have an ability to positively engage with key stakeholders and be able to champion the services you manage to increase the benefit to our service users. This role will include conducting monthly staff supervisions, the development of staff training and working collaboratively across our other services within LAT. You will have a strong ability to analyse data and produce reports to ensure that the contract meets the required standards. A relevant qualification at Level 4 (e.g. Information, Advice and Guidance, Management Qualification) or above will be required, or the ability to demonstrate prior equivalent experience at this level.
