Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for full-time, permanent Operations Administrators to join our team in Blyth, Worksop, supporting one of the leading retail companies, B&Q.
You will be working on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on 4 off with the hours of 07:00 – 17:00 and 13:00 – 23:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
* Investigate and resolve operational issues such as order fulfilment delays, inventory discrepancies, system errors, and other order-related issues
* Maintain and update warehouse-related records and documentation, including shipment logs, delivery receipts, and inventory reports
* Process stock orders, load planning, and various stock handling duties using the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Update productivity statistics in all roles and produce timely and accurate information and reports

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience of working in a complex and fast-moving environment
* Good level of numeric, literacy, and IT skills
* Attention to detail and a professional approach to work
