Facilities Administration Officer

We are currently looking for a Facilities Administration Officer to join our Worcester based Facilities team. As a Facilities Administration Officer you will be a well organised individual and play a pivotal role in the Facilities Team. No two days are the same as you will be involved in a whole host of different activities ranging from administrative duties to assisting with hospitality and events. The role of Facilities Administration Officer is the ideal opportunity for you if you work well as part of a team and are looking for a new challenge.
The role of Facilities Administration Officer will include:

Supporting the delivery, maintenance and monitoring of an effective administration service including reception and switchboard duties

Providing an effective and efficient facilities service including sorting, scanning and processing income and outgoing mail; stock management of essential supplies, equipment and archive management
:
Liaising with internal and external customers via phone, email, and face to face
:
Raising and processing purchase orders
Skills and experiences:

Experience of working in a customer service environment
:
Excellent communication skills
:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel
:
Confident and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
:
Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is desirable
