Description
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join a reputable, family-run SME based in Chesterfield on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join as they embark on their exciting period of growth. The Administrator is responsible for all driver and customer communication regarding their fleet. Their mission is to provide fleet management to companies, using their unique fleet software and onsite mobile services
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for drivers and clients
* Liaise with customers via telephone and email
* Management of Vehicle safety checks working with the drivers
* Licence Checking
* Administration of fleet activities (company vehicles, hire vehicles, driving licence checks, fuel cards, compliance, motoring offences)
* Ensure all systems are up to date
* Follow up calls to drivers to schedule servicing and MOT’s
* Arrange roadside assistance for drivers
* Liaise with leasing companies
* Manage fleet software portal
Set up new drivers
* Archive inactive drivers
* Fuel card management
* Maintaining integrity of the fleet databases, ensuring the database is updated for, additions, reallocations, and terminations.
* Accident Management
* Deal with day-to-day queries, supporting administrative activities as needed
* General administration relevant to the department, creating Invoices etc.
