CTI is seeking to appoint a Head of Operations (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.
1. 15+ years' experience in an operational leadership capacity within the highly regulated environments (Banking or FinTech)
2. A solid history of successful project management, team scaling, and achieving exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
3. In-depth knowledge of payment systems, card schemes, and settlement processes
4. Proven ability to lead significant change initiatives, effectively managing transitions and aligning new processes with organisational objectives and team strengths
5. Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation and the implementation of customer-focused strategies
6. Strong analytical skills, capable of utilising data to inform decision-making and enhance process efficiencies
7. Experience in overseeing budgets and personnel within an operations division, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
8. Proficient in addressing and resolving complex payment-related challenges
9. Comprehensive understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC regulations and procedures
10. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating engagement with stakeholders across all organisational levels
11. Proven capacity to excel in a rapidly changing, dynamic work environment
