Multi Trade Operative
Location: Site based covering Dundee and Fife- Typically working Monday to Friday 40 hours. On Call 1 in every 5 weeks.

You will work on Reactive Repairs within Social Housing properties on both tenanted and void properties. The works will be Multi Trade with a strong bias towards Joinery and Plumbing ensuring properties are delivered to a liveable standard, the works will include supporting Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments, meaning your days will be varied and interesting.
You will also have access to training and development ensuring that you are continuously learning and progressing your own career.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, you must have Joinery and Plumbing experience, and be a good all round finisher
Working in occupied and void properties, including general maintenance works.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
Full UK driving license is required.
The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
About You
Ideally you will possess a multi trade qualification with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
