Assembly Operative Duties: Perform precise hand assembly of medical devices following strict procedures Operate and monitor light machinery to ensure consistent production Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain contamination control Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate documentation of production activities Work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamWhat We're Looking For: Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries preferred Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Good communication skills and a proactive work ethicWorking Conditions: Full PPE and cleanroom attire required at all times No makeup or jewellery allowed to maintain a sterile environment Role involves standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasksPay & Hours: £12.40 p/hour Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (Flexible after probation), 37.5 hr work-week We're looking for dedicated and detail-focused individuals to join a fast-growing team in medical device production.
