CDD Analyst – Key Accounts An exciting opportunity has arisen for a KAM Analyst to join the recently formed UK&I KAM CDD Team, in a role specifically focussed on the KAM (Key Account Managed) and Risk Managed customer base in Paddy Power Betfair (PPB). Working as part of a team of KAM Analysts and reporting directly into the KAM CDD Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that some of the highest-risk accounts in the PPB customer base remain fully compliant with AML & industry regulations and are gambling safely & affordably at all times. The KAM team operates as part of the wider Customer Due Diligence & Safer Gambling Operations department, highlighting the significant level of focus that is placed on managing safer gambling, affordability and funding risks as part of the role, in addition to providing an enhanced level of customer service. What you’ll do You will conduct detailed EDD reviews of customers with complex profiles, utilising open-source information and internal account data to determine actions on some of the highest risk and highest spending accounts in the PPB customer base. Working closely with the KAM & Risk Managed Account Managers, you will ensure that AML and Safer Gambling risks are being appropriately managed at all times, also ensuring that all actions are completed within agreed deadlines. You will provide technical support for Account Managers to allow them to conduct detailed funding, KYC and Safer Gambling interactions with customers. You will conduct detailed reviews of complex Source of Funds/Source of Wealth documentation provided by customers and use this to inform the next actions required on an account. Your subject matter expertise in matters related to AML and Safer Gambling will also enable you to act as a point of escalation for other teams across the CDD & Safer Gambling operation. How you’ll do it You will be an SME in matters related to AML, CDD and Safer Gambling, with a strong knowledge of the betting & gaming industry also being advantageous. Candidates must have AML experience as a minimum. You will possess a logical and structured thought process to facilitate sound decision making and justification, as well as having confidence in making decisions and recommendations with the ability to succinctly present these to relevant senior stakeholders across Operational, AML and Compliance teams. A highly organised individual, you will be able to work to deadlines and thrive in high pressure situations, whilst also having the ability to manage & prioritise your own workload. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with a varied range of stakeholders is an essential requirement of the role. You will also be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools. This role operates within standard business hours, Monday - Friday. Training will initially be fully office based (2-3 weeks). After this we currently work to a hybrid 40/60 ratio of home and office working, meaning we ask for a minimum commitment of 2 days per week in the office, after that it's up to you.
