Job Title: Head School Keeper
Hours of Work: 37.5 hour per week
Shift work between 6am and 10pm. Providing additional cover at weekends as required. Due to the nature of the role, this post comes with regular additional overtime which must be covered within the team.

The Headmaster and CEO of Eltham College family of schools seeks to appoint a Head School Keeper, to join our passionate and dedicated team at Eltham College.
The Head School Keeper is responsible for the supervision and deployment of the team of School Keepers, in addition to supporting the Head of Facilities in the general care, maintenance and upkeep of the school site and facilities, along with portering and overseeing day to day security functions. This is a key role in ensuring the School is presented at its best at all times.
Eltham College is a highly successful independent day school in south-east London, educating boys and girls aged 7 to 18 across both Junior and Senior Schools. The College has grown considerably over recent years: there are now over students in the Senior School and around pupils in the Junior School and places are heavily oversubscribed. Since, girls have been able to join Years 3 and 7, mirroring the Sixth Form which has been coeducational for over 45 years. The school places an equal emphasis on academic, pastoral and co-curricular excellence and has an outstanding reputation in all three areas as well as for the friendly, unpretentious nature of daily life.
