Person Specification Education and Qualifications Essential Registered Midwife (currently registered with NMC) with a minimum of 2 years' experience. ENB 997/Teaching & Assessing or equivalent qualification Desirable Diploma, Degree or MSc in Midwifery, with evidence of further professional development. Leadership experience Knowledge and Experience Essential Registered Midwife with minimum of 2 years' experience Demonstrates a good level of IT skills Demonstrates an understanding of the assessment process for students and of creating a positive learning environment. Desirable Management experience Skills and Knowledge Essential Excellent knowledge base with broad range of expanded roles High level of interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to network Able to demonstrate a broad appreciation and understanding of the organisation and provision of care Must have flexible approach to working pattern (manage constraints like working unsocial hours for example.)
