Excellent opportunity for a Yardman / Labourer to join a well-established company based in Boness, Scotland. Location Boness, Scotland, EH51 Salary Depending on experience Hours 40 Hours a week, Monday to Friday with overtime. Role and responsibilities Loading and unloading of vehicles using forklift truck (training will be provided) Keeping yard and workshop to a high standard, i.e. general tidying up Organising plant and equipment with forklift. (training will be provided) Washing heavy plant and company vehicles Collecting parts and supplies from local suppliers in company van (over 19s only) Carrying out basic maintenance and PDI inspections on equipment prior to hires Assisting workshop fitters with any other repairs that are in the workshop Requirements Self-confidence and ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision Hands-on and enthusiastic Dependable team player with strong work ethic Forklift licence preferred Full Job description will be discussed at interview stage Benefits include Good rate of pay including overtime paid at 1.5 Company pension Rate of pay depending on experience.
