About the Role: As a Sales Advisor, youll handle calls from customers who want to join EON Next. Youll answer their questions, help with things like billing or moving home, and make sure their needs are met. Occasionally, youll make outbound calls to keep customers happy or help with home move requests. What Youll Do: Take inbound calls from customers looking to join EON Next. Answer questions and help with billing or home move requests. Occasionally make outbound calls to retain customers or assist with home moves. Keep things moving quickly while handling calls and navigating systems. Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally. Follow industry rules to ensure everything is accurate.
