Elevations HR Division are delighted to be working with a market-leading manufacturing business based in Wellingborough as they look to recruit a Recruitment Advisor into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities as Recruitment Advisor include:
* Sourcing new talent and advising managers on recruitment and onboarding
* Identify candidates by utilising multiple strategies including job boards, social media, networking events, recruitment fairs and apprenticeships
* Conduct briefings with hiring managers to fully understand recruitment needs and advise on recruitment strategy
* Organise and oversee recruitment and selection processes, including reviewing applications, screening candidates where applicable
* Providing hiring managers with a shortlist of candidates and co-ordinating interview arrangements
* Ensure the candidate onboarding experience is effective and keep in touch with new starters through the induction and probationary period
* Develop and deliver line manager interview and selection training ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
