Engineering Scheduler & Stock Controller Humdinger, Bromborough CH62 3RD Humdinger is looking for an Engineering Scheduler & Stock Controller to join our Bromborough Nut Processing Factory. This critical role is designed to optimize engineering maintenance, ensure compliance, and support ad-hoc projects, all while managing an effective engineering stores system. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Engineering, Operations, and other key teams, plating a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations. Position type: Permanent, full time. Hours: 37.5 per week Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 Develop and maintain maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Track the progress of engineering work and update schedules accordingly. Collect and organize engineering documentation to create a comprehensive technical library. Manage and control the engineering stores, ensuring adequate stock levels of asset parts. Report on maintenance spend versus budget and work completion versus schedule. Plan and organize site compliance work and inspections as directed by the Reliability and Compliance Manager. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Solid understanding of engineering principles. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with Pirana or other CMMS systems. Proficiency in Microsoft systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of purchasing systems. A willingness and ability to learn new skills.
