MUST have great experience within the construction industry, Ideally within a Main contractor!
Minimum 5 years experience within this position
Induction records
Managing the MSite turnstile system
Ordering IT & arranging inductions for new employees
Issuing weekly progress photos to relevant parties
Ensuring, inductions, H&S plans and First Aid/Fire Marshall posters are kept up to date.
Liaising with the site team, helping collate monthly SHE returns
Collating monthly client reports / dashboards
Preparing presentations and mark-ups for site team
CCS presentations & coming up with innovation ideas
Maintaining PPE room and stock levels
Creating and maintaining a variety of trackers
Setting up subcontractor safety folders
Site and Aftercare support with administration
Organising monthly team social events
Ordering office supplies (stationary, coffee/tea, water etc.)
