This role would suit a Fully Qualified Electrician that has previous Contract Management experience within a Planned or Reactive Electrical business.
Due to recent contracts being awarded, this Facilities Services Provider based in Bristol is recruiting a Contract Manager to run planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and small/minor works Electrical projects within the facilities sector.
As Electrical Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planned, reactive, and projects team within the electrical division.
Project values will range from £(Apply online only)k on average; this could be anything from upgrading lighting to LEDs, rewiring a commercial property, to assisting the mechanical team with a plant room installation.
You will need to have previous management experience of electricians as you will be responsible for talk box talks, 1-2-1s, hiring and firing of engineers, reviews, and career development of the team.
Additionally, you will be responsible for winning additional works, quoting for additional works, and managing the supply chain/subcontractors where needed.
You will need to be a fully qualified Electrician as you will be required to work to the NICEIC standards.
Minimum qualifications include:
1. Level 3 Electrical installations
2. JIB Electrician
3. 2391 testing and inspection desirable
4. 18th edition
The salary on offer is negotiable for the right candidate, with a bracket between £45-55k plus Car and Package, 25 days holiday, Pension, and other benefits.
