Account Co-ordinator

To support the Operations Manager, who is responsible for the contractual and commercial relationship with the client, by coordinating compliance activities. Generating information from both internal and external sources and being a point of escalation for the Supply Chain. Acting as a deputy to the Operations Manager and responding to a variety of additional requests to ensure smooth service delivery across the portfolio.

As an Account Co-ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
1. Supporting the Operations Manager by ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
2. Developing strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and providing timely responses to requests for help and support.
3. Supporting Service Delivery activity through liaising with the Planned and Reactive compliance manager for the contract.
4. Where necessary, supporting view and validate PPM certification to ensure it meets requirements.
5. Monitoring all reactive and planned remedial works to ensure they are completed within the agreed service level agreement.
6. Producing weekly reporting and chairing client meetings on planned and reactive works, statutory and mandatory compliance, and ongoing operational tasks.
7. Raising Non-conformance reports for any suppliers not meeting the contractual requirements.
8. Compiling and gathering the necessary data and information required for all reporting requirements.
9. Being the first point of escalation for the client and suppliers as required.
10. Coordinating and resolving issues promptly, including job and quotation chasing.
11. Ensuring that any client complaints regarding service delivery are managed and escalated to the Operations Manager.
12. Supporting the Operations Manager in monitoring the overall contract performance.
13. Coordinating the activities of Bellrock departments to ensure that the necessary data is provided.
14. Working with the Reporting Team on reporting documents.
15. Monitoring and liaising with suppliers to ensure effective day-to-day service delivery.
16. Coordinating Accounts Payable, working with the wider team to support and reduce supplier debt.
17. Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture.

What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as an Account Co-ordinator, you’ll need:
1. IT literate – intermediate level in use of Excel.
2. Facilities Management (FM) qualification / willing to work towards a qualification.
3. IOSH Managing Safely - Desirable.
4. Experience in a client-facing role - Essential.
5. Experience in a fast-paced environment - Essential.
6. Experience working with suppliers - Essential.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities - Essential.
8. Data management, analysis, and reporting skills.
9. Adherence to processes and procedures.
10. Experience in a Facilities Management environment.
11. Understanding of Restaurant operations and assets - Essential.
12. Awareness of Procurement and supply chain leverage.
13. Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability awareness.
14. Commercial contract awareness and understanding - Desirable.
15. Basic technical understanding - Desirable.
16. Basic budgetary management - Desirable.
Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work between their home address and Head Office, Leicester, LE1 6LP Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
