Join us and become a part of our success story. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the onboarding process for new EDI partners, including SAP setup and testing. Test inbound and outbound transmission of EDI documents as well as other formats to make sure specifications are followed per the requirements of the client. Collaborate with the managed service provider to ensure seamless integration and communication between external partners and our SAP system. Work closely with MS provider to resolve EDI-related issues, providing support to both internal teams and external partners. Maintain documentation related to EDI processes, configurations, and partner specifications. Collaborate with the EDI Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of EDI standards (e.g. EDIFACT, ANSI X12). Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in an EDI or IT support role is a plus but not required. Knowledge of EDI mapping and translation software. Experience with managed service providers for EDI.
