We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Midlands. About the Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. Your role will include nurturing client relationships, promoting our cutting-edge products, and managing sales opportunities from design through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements. Analyse client specifications and identify key requirements. Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Efficiently manage your schedule to maximise client interactions and development opportunities. Oversee opportunities from design and tender stages to successful delivery. Actively promote our offerings and develop tailored proposals for clients. Provide accurate sales forecasts and deliver exceptional after-sales support. Represent our company at industry events and networking functions. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: Experience within the electrical industry. Desirable: Degree in Engineering, proven business development experience, qualifications related to the lighting industry, and experience in specification sales. Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Full, clean driving license.
