About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Abacare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.
You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and supporting our clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You will need to be able to follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, as well as support our clients with their medication.
You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be able to travel to different locations as required.
