Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a relevant field (PGCE or equivalent preferred). Previous teaching experience in a music-related setting is desirable. Excellent knowledge of various musical genres and proficiency in one or more instruments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire young musicians.
