We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Responsibilities
1. Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
2. Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
3. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes for all parties.
4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
5. Prepare marketing materials and listings for properties on various platforms.
6. Manage administrative tasks such as updating property databases, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
8. Attend networking events to promote the agency’s services and expand your professional network.
Experience
1. Proven experience in sales within the property sector is essential.
2. Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
4. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. A desire for customer service excellence.
