The insight team's mission is to influence Tesco to make confident decisions because we understand Customers and Colleagues better than anyone. Our key priorities are setting the customer agenda, commercialising insight, business partnering internally and externally, storytelling and democratising insight. In this role you will lead and manage the organisation of our Insight team's extensive knowledge management platform so that it be used effectively by colleagues across the Tesco Group and support the integration with current and developing AI capabilities. Owning the roadmap for continuously improving the Insight team's approach to both knowledge management and sharing aligned to the broader team's goals. Developing and maintaining guidelines for curating, publishing and housekeeping of Insight reports and knowledge in collaboration with the wider Insight team to keep content relevant and up to date. Acting as day to day champion, mentor and product support for the Insight team, business colleagues and agency partner users. Raising awareness of our knowledge management platform and supporting our published Insight team's knowledge to reach the most relevant audience in Tesco. Understanding business success and challenges by combining usage data and regular feedback. Working closely with external platform providers to maintain a reliable user experience and prioritise developments. Encouraging a community of practice for Insight knowledge management across the Tesco Group - Bank, Mobile, Ireland, Central Europe & Technology. Defining and maintaining user security access groups, permissions and guidelines to keep confidential information secure. Working with Technology teams to ensure our processes and platform comply with agreed standards. Monitoring external market trends in knowledge management trends including generative AI capabilities. Number of years experience either in an insight function directly or using insights in a relevant commercial industry. Background in Knowledge or Information Management and Knowledge Management Platforms Experience working in a fast paced environment with multi-functional colleagues Storytelling and content curation skills particularly in digital environments Good communication skills with ability to lead training/workshops Solid grasp of different insight approaches and tools.
