What you'll do This key role within UK IT is to continue to develop our 1-1 customer engagement and decisioning platform, ensuring it meets business needs and drives customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving the delivery of the platform, including business analysis, design, development, testing and successful handover into the business users and operations You will act as the technical authority on projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards You will provide technical and business guidance to leverage the latest features and tools in Pega CDH. You will help shape Business Journeys and Propositions that allow commercial teams to fully utilise the value of Pega. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and BAs to refine technical implementations You will identify Data Points that should exist in the Customer Decision Hub and design how they can be delivered into the platform in the most effective manner. You will help Identify Opportunities in Discovery Phases where improvements can be made to the wider E2E solution. Who you are You will have experience in designing and implementing enterprise grade Decisioning Solutions at scale with hands-on experience in architecture, design, performance, profiling, and scalability. You will preferably have experience in shaping solutions within the Customer Decision Hub ensuring it follows best practice. You will be ideally have previous experience in Batch based decision tools such as Unica, Adobe and others. You will have exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application design and infrastructure. You will demonstrate Experience working in Agile Frameworks and DevOps Frameworks. You will preferably have a PEGA certification such as; Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC), Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA), and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
