1. Interviews are being undertaken via MS Teams. SCC is working flexibly and working from the office on a rota basis/as required for meetings, normally one/two days per week/as agreed by the Manager. Face to face visits continue to be undertaken
2. Working in the community, with young people in a mental health crisis at high risk of self-harm
3. Home visits 3 times/week for any allocated case and ad hoc visit to cover for absent colleagues
4. Supervising the Band 6 and Band 5 nurses in the team
5. Supporting the clinical lead in managing the clinical aspect of the service
6. Participating in the service development
7. Driving across East and West Suffolk
8. Operating/recording on System 1
9. Be part of the Triage meetings and MDT Reviews meetings
10. Presenting the case to MDT for review
11. Completing Safety plans, Formulations and care plans in relation to young people affected by a mental health crisis
