NET Recruit are partnering with a financial services business, to search the market for a Collections Administrator in the Southampton area.Your Role:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
* Entering valuable data from source formats into Excel documents
* Loading instructions from SalesLogix collections platform
* Retrieving and filing paperwork as required
* Proactively answering the phone and screening calls, being ready to resolve any potential issues or queries if the need arises
* Providing hands-on support to the collections teams with whatever they may require
* Ad-hoc support on other duties as deemed necessary
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
* Applicants should be educated to GCSE level and would ideally also hold a professional qualification, although this isn't essential
* Good knowledge of accounts and wider credit control is expected
* Applicants should have a strong administration background
* Excellent communication skills
* Fantastic IT proficiency - particularly with Microsoft Office and Sage or other accounting systems
