A position has arisen within our team for a Reservations/Guest Relations Agent. This company is an established business with great development opportunities to help their staff reach their potential and ambitions.
Days of work are 5 days per week on a rota basis covering the full 7 days the office is open. Hours of work is 9am-5pm. Flexibility is key to help cover holidays and any extra days that may be required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, working with Microsoft word, excel ensuring that every guest requirement is exceeded. Experience in the hospitality sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
This is a busy role which requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive off challenges that come your way. Key duties and responsibilities include: (not limited to)
Ensure the guest journey from booking to check out is seamless and professional.
Have a welcoming personality to guests coming to our office.
Deliver a proactive sales culture within the office.
Manage all aspect of booking, payments, guest enquiries and customer feedback.
Running reports & updating spreadsheets.
Manage guest reviews, responding to comments and investigating any complaints.
Other administrative tasks as requested by the management team.

Ideally experience working in a similar role.
Hospitality industry knowledge desirable
Fluent in Englishand good written English
Ability to perform under pressure and turn a complaint into a success story.
Excellent customer service skills with strong communication skills and telephone manner.
Computer literate: experience with Microsoft Office word and excel is essential
Ability to work independently and as a member of a small team is paramount
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to new company requirements.
Keen eye for detail and accurate management of customer data.
Self-starter with innovative ideas, enthusiastic to take on responsibility and new projects with a positive attitude.
