SALARY: Circa £50,000 plus
THE ROLE:
A highly regarded property litigation team is looking to recruit an additional Property Litigation Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of complex property disputes. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role within the progressive team, working closely with experienced lawyers and supporting the diverse client base. Your role will include managing a caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews, and boundary disputes. Additionally, you will be representing clients, drafting legal documents, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.
THE CANDIDATE:
Newly Qualified Solicitors who have completed at least one seat within property litigation are encouraged to apply for this role. You will gain exposure to a varied and challenging caseload of property litigation matters and will have relevant experience within a leading City, national, or regional law firm. You will possess a strong knowledge of property law, strong negotiation skills, and excellent drafting and problem-solving abilities.
