Job Title: Class Teacher Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Wetherby Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £31650 - £43607 Per annum Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to a class of primary school students Assess and evaluate student progress to provide feedback and support their learning Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and engagement Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being Implement school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching standards Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Previous experience teaching primary school students is preferred Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of child development and learning theories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a classroom and respond to student needs Good organisational and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with diverse student populations Working Conditions: The Class Teacher role is based in a primary school setting in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. The working hours are full-time, following the school term calendar. The teacher may be required to participate in extracurricular activities and parent meetings.
