FTC HR Office Assistant
Location: Castleford
Salary: £23,000 pro rata

The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to develop strong administrative skills while gaining exposure to a large, multi-business organisation. You'll be providing essential support to the HR team, particularly during an exciting period of change as the company transitions to a new HR Information System (HRIS).
The Role
Standing as a crucial part of the team, you'll be keeping things running smoothly with the transition from hard copies to electronic personnel files. You will be:
1. Carrying out audit checks to ensure compliance with legal requirements
2. Organising and maintaining HR files to ensure easy accessibility
3. Supporting the HR team with general administrative tasks in preparation for the new HR system
4. Handling any additional administrative duties as required
Our Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying that, as our ideal candidate, you'll have great communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. With excellent organisational skills and a great attention to detail, you'll preferably understand HR legislation; however, this isn't a deal breaker. You will also be:
1. A problem-solver with a proactive approach
2. Resilient and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
3. Discreet and able to always maintain confidentiality
