Reporting to the Asset Reliability Manager you will work as part of a small team to ensure the contiuned performance and availability of production and auxiliary equipment whilst maintaining stringent quality and safety targets through the following tasks: Carry out planned and reactive repairs to a variety manufacturing equipment To take part ownership of the Maintenance plan to adapt and change as becomes necessary Increase asset reliability to help deliver production targets & technical KPI’s Supervision of outside contractors/service engineers and tradesmen as required Management of small projects such as equipment installation or staff training Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across the manufacturing plant What You’ll Get Salary circa £40,000 plus 15% shift allowance Up to 10% annual bonus BUPA healthcare Private pension up to 10% company contribution 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Life assurance and Income protection Employee Assistance Programme Wellbeing resource hub What You’ll Need HNC/D in an engineering discipline (ideally combined or Electrical focus) Completed a recognised city & guilds, NVQ or equivalent electrical apprenticeship Proven experience post apprenticeship in an multiskilled maintenance role Ability to identify and correct faults within electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and water systems Experienced in planned and reactive maintenance Be able to demonstrate a continues improvement mindset Ambitious, hardworking and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude Proven use of route cause analysis tools and techniques Our approach to diversity and inclusion At Mölnlycke diversity is not just a vision, but our strength.
