We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our client's established legal team. Our client has a strong presence in the legal industry and is committed to providing exceptional service to their clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling a diverse caseload of real estate matters, including commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property financing, and development projects.
* Working closely with a team of solicitors to provide expert advice and ensure efficient transaction completion.
Experience required:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate law, capable of handling complex cases, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with clients and stakeholders effectively. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for tailored solutions are essential.

This is a full-time position based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The office is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Jesmond train station, offering excellent transportation links.
